Located at 391 J.P. Rizal Street, Barangay Namayan, Mandaluyong City, Sunny Ridge Residences is a few kilometers away from Makati CBD and Mandaluyong City Hall. The project is 2.1 kilometers from Makati - Mandaluyong Bridge.
Highly accessible with multiple public transportation options, going to and from work is just a few minutes away.
With Sunny Ridge Residences being located between the two vast business centers of Makati and Mandaluyong City there is probably nowhere else in the country where it could appeal to more potential residents. Living in the close vicinity of these 2 important bridges means that your transportation options are multiple, ensuring that any commute to work in either city is only a matter of minutes.
These main thoroughfares obviously lead to others and so travelling further afield for business, family day trips or vacations is also made very easy. For those that need to fly either domestically or internationally, the Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) is only a 30 minute drive away.
